HKEx appoints new head of cash trading

Kenneth Kok is set to take over role following David Lo’s retirement earlier this year.

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) has announced the appointment of Kenneth Kok as head of cash trading.

Kok will take over the role from David Lo, who retired earlier this year, and will report to HKEx’s head of markets, Roger Lee.

He has worked in financial services since 1999, and was previously an executive director at Goldman Sachs based in Hong Kong.

Kok will be responsible for the business and operations of HKEx’s cash trading group.
