Massimino brings more than two decades of trading experience to his new role, where he is set to support the expansion and development of Kepler Cheuvreux’s execution strategy.

Speaking to The TRADE, Chris McConville, global head of execution services and trading commented: “The US is a key market in our long-term growth strategy, and we are pleased to welcome [Massimino] to our New York team.

“His extensive trading experience and deep understanding of the US market will strengthen our execution capabilities locally while enhancing the global service we provide to clients across our multi-local platform.”

Prior to joining KCx, Massimino served as a managing director in institutional equity trading at investment bank Imperial Capital, a role he held for more than 13 years.

He has also worked across institutional sales and trading at firms including WJB Capital and Leerink Swann & Company.

Currently, KCx’s offering spans financial centres across Europe, the US and the Middle East, in locations including Amsterdam, Dubai, London, New York and Stockholm.

Massimino is Kepler Cheuvreux’s most recent high touch-based hire following various notable appointments over the course of this year.

In June, the firm named John Meyers as a high touch sales trader in London, who is set to join in September following a stint as an international sales trader at Investec.
