LSE veterans join Nasdaq OMX Europe board

Nasdaq OMX Europe, a US exchange-backed multilateral trading facility, has established a non-executive board, including former heads of compliance and business development at the London Stock Exchange.

Nasdaq OMX Europe, a US exchange-backed multilateral trading facility, has established a non-executive board, including former heads of compliance and business development at the London Stock Exchange.

Marc Bailey, currently a managing director of Bache Commodities, joins the board with an extensive knowledge of securities and derivatives markets. He was previously director of business development at the London Stock Exchange (LSE). Paul Henderson has also worked for the LSE in senior compliance positions and will sit on the board in addition to running his own compliance consultancy firm.

Alan Gibbins brings 35 years of experience from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he held roles including audit and business assurance partner, responsible for multinational companies and IPOs. He is currently a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee at BlueBay Asset Management.
