The newly crowned 23-year-old Miss Philadelphia is a recent graduate of Princeton University where she majored in molecular biology. She will be competing for the title of Miss Pennsylvania next month with the hopes of competing in the Miss America pageant in January. Her platform is the prevention and elimination of depression in youngsters, which she believes is a factor for increased crime rates.
