Ninety One has promoted Saskia McMinn as a fixed income trader, expanding its fixed income trading desk.
The firm took home the Buy-Side Award for Fixed Income Trading Desk of the Year at the most recent The TRADE’s Leaders in Trading awards ceremony, in 2025.
London-based McMinn initially joined the investment manager in September 2022 as an investment compliance associate, before later moving up the ranks to portfolio implementation analyst in May 2024.
Prior to this, she has also served at accountancy firms Hill Vellacott and BDO UK.
Ninety One had not responded to a request for comment at the time of publication.
Elsewhere, McMinn’s appointment also follows further shake-ups for Ninety One’s fixed income desk over the last few months.
In March 2026, Ed Wood swapped out his role as fixed income trader after five years at the buy-side firm to join Bloomberg as a credit sales specialist on the fixed income electronic trading team.
During his time at Ninety One, Wood had worked across global IG and HY credit, global rates, EM local and hard currency and FX spot, forwards and options.
