Invesco
Invesco has appointed Daniel Skora as head of ETF capital markets, APAC, based in Hong Kong.
Skora brings extensive ETF experience to his new role and joins the asset manager after five
years at HSBC in the same position.
Previously, Skora also held a nine-year tenure at DWS Group, having initially joined in in 2011, working across Frankfurt, London and Hong Kong during his time at the firm.
He most recently held a role which focused on Xtrackers ETF capital markets, Asia Pacific.
Citadel Securities
Citadel Securities has expanded its institutional equities team, with the addition of Cory Stockmal.
New York-based Stockmal joins the electronic market maker in a high touch equity trading role.
His appointment follows an almost seven-year tenure at Bank of America, where he served as a managing director and equity trader.
Prior to this, he also held trader positions at Maplelane Capital and Oz Management.
Natixis CIB
Marc Denjean has been promoted to global head of credit markets at Natixis CIB after more than seven years at the firm.
Most recently he served as global head of credit portfolio and resource management.
Having worked across corporate and investment banking for more than 25 years, Denjean brings extensive experience to the role. Prior to joining Natixis, he held senior positions at Lloyds, UBS Investment Bank, Barclays, Merrill Lynch and Societe Generale.
He also currently serves as a board member at the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME).
Cantor Fitzgerald
London-based Joe Gilbert has joined Cantor Fitzgerald as director, fixed income, emerging markets credit trading, bringing more than 20 years of experience to the role.
He most recently served as a director at Stifel and previously worked as head of fixed income and FX trading at T. Rowe Price.
This latest appointment is expected to support the firm in enhancing its insight, execution and connectivity offering for its clients.
Marex
Matt Johnson has joined Marex as head of business development, ETF capital markets – EMEA.
His appointment is set to support the international expansion of Marex’s ETF capital markets business.
Based in London, Johnson will be responsible for developing relationships with ETF and exchange-traded product (ETP) issuers, asset managers and institutional market participants across EMEA.
Johnson brings more than 30 years of experience across institutional markets. Previous roles include stints at Invesco, Source ETF, ETF Securities, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Nomura, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan Asset Management.
