Tradar, a provider of portfolio management and accounting solutions, has signed buy-side firms Parus Capital in Moscow and Compass Asset Management in Kazakhstan to use its flagship product, Insight.

Insight offers risk and pre- and post-trade compliance functionality as well as real-time portfolio monitoring and facilities for order entry, allocation and routing to networks or execution management systems via FIX.

“Deploying Insight will bring significant operational efficiencies to our business,” said Alexander Mikhalev, CFO, Parus Capital. “It's very intuitive and already has links to all the major prime brokers you would expect.”

Compass Asset Management in Kazakhstan has stated that it selected Tradar on the basis of its mix of functionality and ease of use, which would facilitate the firm's drive to expand its geographical remit across central Asia.

“Insight is highly logical and integration with other systems is very straightforward,” said Ayan Battalova, managing director, Compass Asset Management.

Tradar's London and Hong Kong offices supported the addition of the two new clients. The firm now has more than 240 clients in total across 40 countries in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
