Ex-Euronext CFO joins buy-side risk management firm Axioma

Amaury Dauge leaves role at Euronext for risk management systems specialist.

Former Euronext CFO Amaury Dauge, has joined buy-side risk management specialist Axioma as its chief financial officer.

Axioma said the appointment of Dauge will play an important role in its growth strategy, due to his extensive international M&A and investment experience.

Dauge became CFO pan-European stock exchange operator Euronext in January 2014  and led its financial and legal carve-out from NYSE Euronext after it was acquired by Intercontinental Exchange, eventually seeing Euronext listed as an independent entity.

He initially joined Euornext in 2001 as an M&A analyst before becoming head of M&A and later chief of staff to the CEO. In 2008 he became chief operating officer for European equities market and market data.

Prior to becoming CFO he held the role of senior vice president for corporate planning & analysis at NYSE Euronext since late 2009.

Dauge began his career at BNP Paribas before joining PwC and Atos Consulting. He has an MBA from INSEAD and is a graduate of Centre de Formation a l’Analyse Financiere and INSEEC Business School.

He will relocated from Pari ton Axioma’s New York office to take up the role.
