Charles River Development, a provider of financial software and services to the global investment management community, announced Tuesday that Dimensional Fund Advisors (DFA), a leading institutional asset manager, has selected the Charles River Investment Management System (Charles River IMS) to consolidate its global portfolio management, trading and compliance operations in the US, UK and Australia on one integrated platform. DFA's users will benefit from real-time support for all asset classes, including domestic and international fixed income and equities. DFA is also evaluating the Charles River Network for real-time electronic trading via Financial Information eXchange (FIX).
