Over the past three years, The TRADE has hosted a number of events focusing on the implementation of MiFID II on 3 January 2018, including two full-day conferences in London – MiFID II: Checklist and MiFID II: Check In – attracting hundreds of delegates comprising buy- and sell-side firms, service providers, market experts, consultants and regulators.

With MiFID II having past its first anniversary, The TRADE is pleased to announce the final event in this series, MiFID II: Check Up. Focusing on how the industry has coped with the wide-reaching regulatory regime so far, speakers and panelists will address some of the key talking points raised by MiFID II thus far, covering topics including the systematic internaliser regime, reporting challenges, the effects of research unbundling and what the future holds for pan-European financial regulation.

Event registration will open at 10:30, with the first panel beginning at 11:15. During the event attendees will hear from a range of market participants and industry bodies about how one of the complex regulatory undertakings the financial markets has ever seen is evolving. Following the event there will be the opportunity to network over drinks.
