Barclays
Jim Hraska has rejoined Barclays as global head of fixed income prime brokerage, almost a decade after he initially worked at the bank. 
New York-based Hraska most recently spent almost 10 years at the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), where he worked in several different managing director posts, spanning fixed income clearing, product development, client solutions and consulting services.
Hraska brings extensive sell-side banking experience to his new role having previously served as a senior vice president in equity derivatives and structured product operations at Lehman Brothers, where he worked for 15 years.
He also gained early career experience at Kemper Clearing Corp.
Texas Stock Exchange
Jesse Forster is set to join the Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) in September, following a four-year tenure at Coalition Greenwich where he most recently served as head of equity market structure and technology, The TRADE can reveal.
Forster is set to work in a clients and product strategy-based role at TXSE, The TRADE understands.
Before joining Coalition Greenwich, Forster spent two years at Berenberg as head of US electronic trading and a director in electronic sales and trading at Evercore.
Prior to this, Forster spent 15 years at Instinet, initially joining as a manager in marketing strategy and analysis, before later taking on a vice president position in electronic sales and trading.
Cantor Fitzgerald
Cantor Fitzgerald has appointed Jim White as head of fixed income cross asset sales, according to an internal memo seen by the TRADE.
He joins from Stifel, where he served for 14 years, most recently as a managing director and institutional fixed income salesperson.
White has also previously held roles at Raymond James, Citigroup and Goldman Sachs.
In his new role, he will lead cross-asset sales spanning structured products, municipals, agency products and rates, The TRADE understands.
Bernstein
Bernstein has made an addition to its low touch trading desk, appointing Chi Tat Mann as a director, algorithmic sales trader.
Hong-Kong based Mann joins after almost four years at Liquidnet, where he served as an equity sales trader.
Mann brings extensive sell-side experience to his new role, having previously served as an equity trader at Goldman Sachs and Bloomberg.
He has also previously worked at Louis Capital Markets, Fidessa and Instinet, where he served as a vice president in Asian program trading.
