Nicholas Zerante has been appointed head of trading at Delta Global Management, based in New York.
Zerante previously spent nearly eight and a half years at Viking Global Investors in a series of senior positions.
Most recently, he served as head of international trading at the firm, based in London.
Prior to that, he held positions as head of international equity capital markets (ECM), as well as head of European trading.
Before joining Viking Global Investors, Zerante spent two years at Conatus Capital Management. While at the firm, he served as a senior equity trader.
Elsewhere in his career, Zerante spent four years at Barclays, most recently serving as a materials equity trader.
In a similar move, Germain Carton was appointed head of trading at Alana Capital in December, following almost six years at Greenwich Dealing.

Carton most recently served as head of trading at the firm, having initially joined as a cross-asset trader in 2018.
