Financial technology provider Linedata has appointed Sally Crane as managing director, responsible for growing the firm's business in Asia.
Her key responsibilities will include business development, delivery and strategy, as well as oversight of the company's Hong Kong office.
Crane has 17 years experience in financial services and before joining Linedata was regional director for market data firm FactSet Pacific in Hong Kong. During her time at FactSet, she oversaw all aspects of setting up a new office and developed and managed a sales and consulting force. She also led the team into new markets such as China and India.
In June, Linedata released the latest version of Linedata Beauchamp, its hedge fund portfolio management system.
