TS Imagine boosts North American presence with new office in Montréal

New location will allow for increased expansion of the firm’s employee count, which has already seen an additional 100 employees recruited in H1 of this year.

TS Imagine has expanded its presence in Montréal, Canada with the addition of a new office to boost its North American operations and drive its international growth.

Established last year, TS Imagine is the result of a merger between TradingScreen and Imagine Software by investment firm Francisco Partners.

The recently combined entity offers an end-to-end trading and portfolio management software platform, connecting investment managers with brokers, banks and exchanges.

The firm first opened its Montréal development hub in 2019. Since then, TS Imagine said it has been able to benefit from the support and guidance of economic development agencies including Investissement Québec International and Montréal International.

Comprising of over 50 staff members who develop software and analyse data across the firm’s platform, the new office will allow the TS Imagine team to continue to expand.

The company has stated that it is actively recruiting and in H1 of this year alone, TS Imagine has hired an additional 100 employees.

“Since opening our office in the city three years ago, we have gone from strength to strength, scaling rapidly in response to client demand from across the North American market,” said Rob Flatley, chief executive of TS Imagine.

Alongside expansion plans, TS Imagine connected with digital assets prime broker Coinbase Prime to provide institutional clients with a fully regulated method of trading cryptocurrencies last month.

The move will allow institutional clients to gain improved efficiencies and to trade cryptocurrencies in a safe, regulated way.
