Andrei Kazantsev has joined Citi as global head of FX exotics trading, based in London.
In his new role, Kazantsev will initially focus on Citi’s correlation and G10 structured products business lines, The TRADE understands.
Kazantsev most recently spent more than 15 years at Goldman Sachs, initially joining the firm in a role covering G10 FX options trading in 2011.
He later moved up the ranks to serve as global head of GS crypto derivatives trading, a role he held for five years before stepping into his most recent position as global head of FX flow exotics and structured products.
Prior to this, Kazantsev also gained early career experience in fixed income at Credit Suisse.
Goldman Sachs declined to comment when contacted by The TRADE.
In July 2026, Citi made two new hires to its EMEA futures execution team, appointing Benjamin Benson and Ranald Falconer as directors.
Both are responsible for global cross-asset futures sales and trading in their new roles, spanning Citi’s global client base.
