Commcise and RSRCHXchange combine MiFID II unbundling services

Research providers agree a collaborative approach is the most efficient way to get ahead of MiFID II unbundling requirements.

Research and commission management firms RSRCHXchange and Commcise have entered into a partnership to provide an integrated, end-to-end research service.

Together, the RSRCHXchange and Commcise systems will offer the buy-side complete research workflow that can be accessed through a controlled portal.

Research consumption statistics will be passed from RSRCHXchange’s platform to Commcise, with readership and procurement data from RSRCHXchange made available alongside all other buy- and sell-side data.

The service will include research discovery and procurement, content entitlement management, consumption tracking across more than 500 providers and research valuation tools.

RSRCHXchange co-CEO, Jeremy Davies, said he believes a collaborative approach is the most efficient way not only to get ahead of unbundling requirements, but also to operate a research-led investment process.

“Partnerships ensure we remain at the forefront of financial technology innovation and provide the best possible service to clients by offering connections to other best-in-breed solution providers,” he said.

Commcise managing director, Amrish Ganatra, added the industry has long had a need for collaborations that bring together market leading providers.
