The TRADE’s Rising Stars Awards return for their ninth year, recognising the brightest up-and-coming talent across trading and execution for 2023.
In partnership with Instinet, nominations are now open for candidates currently working in a trading role with a buy-side firm. Names can be submitted here for the stars you think deserve recognition.
Successful individuals will be honoured as part of a special presentation at The TRADE’s gala Leaders in Trading 2023 awards evening, held at The Savoy Hotel on 8 November. Further details of the event can be found here.
Our Rising Stars have long demonstrated their success, with many winners in previous years going on to head up desks and take senior positions at some of the world’s foremost asset managers, hedge funds, and institutions.

Candidates must work in a trading role for a buy-side organisation. The TRADE will accept nominations from all industry participants, including the buy-side, sell-side, technology vendors, exchanges and consultants. Multiple nominations for different candidates can be accepted from the same individual. Nominations that cannot be validated will not be considered.
