Barclays
Joshua Cantor has joined Barclays as head of US real money FX sales, following a 16-year tenure at JP Morgan.
Cantor will be based out of New York in the role and brings extensive FX-related experience to his new role.
He joins the firm after most recently serving as an executive director in currencies and emerging markets for institutional FX sales at JP Morgan, a role he held for more than three years.
Cantor initially joined JP Morgan in 2010 as an analyst and has held multiple roles during his time at the firm, including as an associate and vice president.
Clear Street
Clear Street has appointed Puneet Pardasani as global head of institutional sales and sales trading.
New York-based Pardasani will assume responsibility for the firm’s institutional sales and sales trading functions in his new role, as well as build out Clear Street’s distribution strategy for its institutional clients.
The appointment will also see Clear Street realigning its markets teams to report directly or ‘on a dotted line’ to Pardasani, including securities financing, derivatives, swaps, high touch and low touch execution and crypto.
He will report to John DiBacco, head of markets at Clear Street.
Pardasani joins the firm after spending over a decade at Bank of America, where he most recently served as global head of OneTouch, cross-asset distribution.
Prior to this, he worked at Goldman Sachs for more than eight years, where he served in various vice president roles across electronic trading and sales.
Pardasani’s appointment aligns with the hire of Scott Block, who joins Clear Street as a managing director, sales trader.
Block also joins from Bank of America, where he spent 11 years, most recently as managing director and head of Americas OneTouch distribution within global equities.
ABN AMRO
Simon Dove is set to join ABN AMRO Clearing as global head of business development and execution, effective September 2026.
Dove’s new role comes following his departure from Instinet in June 2026, as revealed by The TRADE, where he served as head of liquidity for more than five years.
London-based Dove has worked across the industry for more than two decades, and prior to his stint at Instinet, he spent four years working across liquidity management at Tower Research Capital Europe.
Prior to this, he also served at Sun Trading International for almost seven years.
Dove also held an extensive tenure at the London Stock Exchange for almost a decade, working across sectors including institutional brokerage, business development, liquidity provision, equities and derivatives.
