RSRCHXchange has launched the latest version of its research management platform to include mobile and desktop apps, a chatbot and a virtual library.
The upgrade means buy- and sell-side users can download the RSRCHX mobile app to manage research content regardless of location, and access research reports by chatting with the RSRCHX bot via Symphony.
Its virtual library has also been established for clients to organise and filter research into customisable folders based on criteria like watch lists, research providers and free text search results.
Furthermore, RSRCHXchange has expanded its team in North America by hiring Harold Bailey III - who has experience working at Lehman Brothers and RBS - as managing director of sales for the region.
Jeremy Davies, co-founder of RSRCHXchange, explained the team has accelerated its expansion in North America as a result of the overwhelming demand in that region.
He added continuously investing in features and products has helped the firm attract more than 1,000 asset managers.
Vicky Sanders, co-founder at RSRCHXchange, commented the funding secured from NEX Group earlier this year allowed investment in its development team and products.
