Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME) into the IBEX MEDIUM CAP Index with effect
from 2 January, in accordance with the Technical Regulations for the
Composition and Calculation of the IBEX Indices.
BME will be
added to the index with a free float factor of 100% and the number of shares
taken into account for the calculation of the index will be 83.615.558. According
to the available data at December 22nd, BME shall rank 7th in computable
capitalization among the IBEX MEDIUM CAP components.

capitalisation companies listed on the Spanish Stock Market. The stocks are
adjusted by free-float, once the IBEX 35 stocks are excluded, as long as they
meet liquidity requirements.

by Stoxx, and includes the 600 largest companies in the DJ STOXX Total Market
Index.
